PuertoGolf.com is an independent guide to golf courses, golf hotels and golf travel in Puerto Rico. We are not affiliated with any course, resort or tourism board listed on the site.
How we research
Facts about each course (designer, opening year, yardage, rating, slope, par), hotel details and access rules are compiled from multiple sources and cross-checked: the clubs’ and resorts’ own websites, the PGA Tour and USGA, GolfPass / Golf Advisor, Where2Golf, GolfNow and Discover Puerto Rico, plus published rankings such as Golf Digest’s 2022 Puerto Rico list. When sources disagree, we say so on the page; examples are Grand Reserve’s 27 vs. 36 holes and older sources that credit the wrong designer for Punta Borinquen.
How we update
Data on this site was last reviewed in September 2026. Green fees and access rules change often, so each course page shows reported ranges and asks you to confirm with the club. Hotel and course pages that changed names (for example the St. Regis Bahia Beach, now the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico) note the former names.
Editorial independence & advertising
Our guides and rankings are editorial. When a course or hotel pays to be promoted, that placement is always labeled (for example “Sponsored”, “Partner” or “Featured”) and is never presented as an editorial pick. The site may show advertising (such as Google AdSense) and may include affiliate links, which will be labeled. Advertisers do not influence our editorial content. Some pages include hotel and flight search tools from Trip.com, an affiliate partner: if you book through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
